This morning it was raining (again), so Mom took the kids over to see Grandma and Grandpa L.'s new house in Waterville.
Grandma gave us a nice tour--they are not completely unpacked yet, but the place looks great!
Kate even found an Elmo potty and a little purple stepstool in one of the bathrooms, and she knew right what to do with them.
Then the girls found their favorite part of the house: the playroom! It had a little table and chair set, and lot of fun toys to play with, including kate's favorite doll and bottle.
They found some fun new cars, including this auto hauler. Pop Pop showed Emily how to work the movable deck so she could load up the other cars.
Kate is still feeling sick, but she really liked playing with the new cars and trucks.
Pop Pop got out the crayons and coloring books with Emily....
...and both the girls played in this big empty box.
There was even a flamingo to ride!
Emily really liked this big map on the wall. We helped her find all the places she has lived so far.
Finally, Pop Pop played tickle and pony ride with the kids, which they love (especially Emily).
What a fun visit!
