One of the things we really like about where we live is that we are so close to the girls' grandparents. Today we visited all of them!
It was a little chilly out, so Emily took the opportunity to show off her new lavender raincoat.
Our first stop was at Grandma & Grandpa L.'s house on the lake. Mom took the kids over for visiting and lunch while Mama got a bike ride in.
Emily loves looking through binoculars, and Grandpa pointed out some neat things to see on the lake.
The girls also got some coloring done while the grownups chatted.
Then the girls "helped" Grandma finish cooking up the meal....
....and they helped set the table too!
We enjoyed a real nice meal with Grandma & Grandpa.
After lunch we headed over to Nana's house, where Mama met us after her bike ride. Uncle David and his friend Ron were there too, as well as Grandpa N.
....and then the hunt was on!
Thank you to Uncle David (I mean the Easter Bunny) for bringing the eggs!
Emily really liked lining up the plastic shells, then jumping into them. The eggs were a big hit!
Then we all sat down for some coffee and Nana's special Easter Bunny chocolate cake. It was delicious!
After cake the girls got a little crazy--they played with Grandpa & Nana... 
...and they did some wrestling with Mama and Uncle David.
The girls noticed that there were some colorful eggs hiding around the house....
....and then the hunt was on!
