1-2-3-Go

Tonight the girls invented a new game to play, which they called "1-2-3-Go". It starts with them sitting together at the end of the hall (by Connor's dish, which makes him sort of nervous)....

...then they shout "1-2-3-Go!" and they jump up and run into the living room, where they throw themselves on the floor together and giggle.

Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat.

The game can be played with only one runner, if the other one is lagging.

It can also be started in the living room, finishing in the hall (this makes Connor even more nervous).The moms loved this game because it kept the kids entertained all by themselves and also wore them out before bedtime.The game ended when Mama made the mistake of trying to lay down on the floor to rest after cleaning up the kitchen. The kids were on her in a flash!

The moms would be quite happy if 1-2-3-Go became a regular part of our bedtime routine.
