It has been unseasonably cold for the past few days, with temperatures dipping below freezing. We haven't got around to digging out all the winter clothes yet (it's only October after all), so we have had to do a lot of layering. Kate in particular has found some creative combinations to wear, especially this one from earlier this week:
On another note, Nana and cousins Lili and Alana came by tonight to babysit for a few hours so we could take Grandpa N. out to dinner for his birthday. When we got back (after forgetting to take photos of the birthday dinner), they were playing Monopoly! Brenda is a big fan of board games and can't wait until our own kids are old enough to play.
