Tonight Nana came over to have dinner with us and to give the girls a hug. She has been traveling and hasn't seen them in a week or two.
The kids love their Nana.On a different note, by request from Anmari and Tobi, here is a picture that Aunt Tawnya took of our dear old dog, Connor. Yes he's getting a little gray in the snout, but he's still doing all the things he's good at: Eating kibble, passing gas, and parking like a speedbump under the dining room table. And finally, we thought we'd fill in our blog readers on the current family obsession: Anne of Green Gables. The moms started reading this series of books when we went on vacation to PEI last summer, and we haven't stopped since.Even the girls are into it now. They like to take the Anne books out of the box and "read" them, lose their parents' bookmarks, trade them with each other, argue over whose book is whose, and leave them scattered all over the house. Fun!

I LOVE the picture of all of you reading together!
ReplyDeleteI loved Anne of Green Gables when I was a child. I haven't re-read them in a long time though. Maybe I should! Number 8, Rilla of Ingleside was a bit disappointing though, but you know, too much of a good thing...
ReplyDeleteYAY YAY YAY for CONNOR!!! He finally made it to the blog! Keep the pictures coming! Love you Connor!! :) xoxo (ps. thanks mom and mama for posting!)
