The little wooden trucks that the girls got last summer are still a big hit. Emily plays with them almost every morning before Kate gets up, and they both like to play with them in the evening.
Lately Emily has figured out that if you line up all the little street signs in a row and knock the first one over, they will all fall down one by one. Fun!
Sometimes the girls play with the trucks on the road rug, sometimes they play with them in the dollhouse, and sometimes the trucks go on "road trips" in the car with us. Kate's favorite truck activity is to line them up all in a row with their trailers.
Tonight Emily wanted to make sure I got a picture of her new pink shirt she got from Aunt Rheda and Uncle Erich. She really likes it.
Maybe it's her new haircut, but Emily is looking much older all of a sudden. I guess it's true that they grow up fast!
