Today was a day of fun with Uncle Bob and Aunt Tawnya. First they saw Emily and Kate off to preschool.
The girls loved having an audience for their departure.
Then Mama, Bob, Tawnya, Grandma, Pop Pop, and Grandpa N. all went for a long bike ride together.
They rode from the Landing in China to Unity and back, which was a nice ride without a lot of traffic.
Uncle Bob and Aunt Tawnya are training for a triathalon this weekend, and everyone else is training for the Dempsey Challenge in October, so it was great to get a group ride in.
When they got home from the bike ride they had a surprise for the kids: Gift bags, all the way from Washington!
The girls were very excited to open their bags, which were full of fun things like yummy snacks, nail polish, and bouncy balls.
Uncle Bob and Aunt Tawnya are headed back home tomorrow, and we will all miss them. We're so glad they came to visit us!
