Tonight Mom returned from her three-day business trip having really missed playing with the kids all week. She decided to set up Kate's crib mattress on the floor in Emily's bedroom for a jumping contest.
This is the kind of game that Mama does not really approve of, which is one reason why the kids are glad that Mom is back!
Emily won the contest by far. Kate is a dainty jumper, but Em has no fear at all and launches herself as far as she can.
Emily's new gymnastics class starts on Saturday, and we're hoping that it includes lots of jumping!
