The time has come to start training for this year's Trek Across Maine, but with snow on the ground there is only one place for us to ride: the basement. Mom and Mama are taking turns on the bike trainer these days.
As you can see the laptop provides entertainment for those boring training rides (it's better than staring at the wall!).
That bike trainer is cool, and probably way cheaper than buying a stationary bike. Is that the actual bike that one of you will ride in the trek?
ReplyDeleteE, yep that is my actual bike for road riding. It's not a strict road bike--more of a hybrid that's a little more comfortable for me. Chris is a more serious biker--she has a nice road bike. We like the trainer because it's easy to swap out one bike for another on it, and our bikes are very different so one stationary wouldn't fit both of us well. Can't wait to get out on the roads again!
