Today we received a mysterious package from our "Secret Santas" in Seattle. We opened it and found that it was filled with Christmas presents for the girls and lots of fun treats, including stamps, chocolate, cool 3D glasses, and a Seahawks tree ornament! Thank you Secret Santas!
Nana was babysitting Sebastian today, and they came over to go sledding. We have about 6 inches of snow right now, and it's very powdery and great to sled on. Brenda and the girls were still feeling under the weather, so just Chris and Sebastian hit the hill (check the Seahawks hat!).
Sebastian got going really fast on the boat sled...
...while Chris made some runs in the little red sled. She really likes this sled even though it's for little kids. She can get it going really fast!
They both ended up way out in the field a few times.
Emily really wanted to go sledding too, but her fever was still too high to play outside. We reminded her about the big storm that is supposed to hit us tomorrow--the forecast is for a classic nor'easter with 10-18 inches of snow! There should be plenty of snow to sled on this winter.
