Tonight after dinner we were playing tea party inside, when the girls requested "real tea". So we moved the party out to the deck and let them fill the teapot up with water. Notice that Dolly, Percy, and Whiff were also guests at the party.
Emily loves to turn the hose on and off, so she was responsible for refilling the pot (over and over and over and over).
Tea parties are great practice for all kinds of things, like taking turns, saying "please" and "thank you", and pouring.
Like good hostesses, the girls made sure that Dolly had plenty of tea and crackers.
Something tells me the girls will want to play this game many, many times....
